The Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) has revealed that it is expecting to list one more firm on the platform in the fourth quarter of 2026, in addition to the nine firms currently in the pipeline for listing. In the first quarter of 2026, the Zambian Business Times-ZBT reported that the number of equity company listings on the Lusaka Securities Exchange remained below 30, decades after the exchange’s establishment, despite various interventions aimed at boosting participation.
