Despite being home to some of Zambia’s most spectacular natural attractions, Kawambwa District continues to receive limited attention compared to the country’s flagship tourism destination, the world-famous Victoria Falls in Livingstone District. Speaking in an interview with Zambian Business Times-ZBT, Kawambwa Town Council former Secretary George Biemba attributed the district’s low tourism profile largely to inadequate marketing and promotion.
