Zambia’s listed real estate investment trust (REIT) market recorded significant growth in the first quarter of 2026, with the value of Real Estate Investments Zambia Plc (REIZ) on the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) rising to approximately US$79.58 million, representing a 13.68% increase and already surpassing the company’s long-term 2031 market capitalization target of US$20 million.
