Before closure, Parliament passed the National Council for Construction Bill (Amendment) Bill Number 21 of 2026. Key amendments made are the inclusion of the Technical Education Vocational Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) and the Institute of Valuation Surveyors.
