The Ministry of Lands, in particular the National Land Titling Project, has issued a plea to 116,000 property owners who were issued with offer letters to pay the remaining K1000 to obtain title deeds. According to a statement seen by the Zambian Business Times – ZBT, Land Titling Coordinator Emmanuel Tembo revealed that initially 250,000 were issued, and out of 134 title deeds, they have been handled.
